We have one hangar slot available at Cotswold Airport. The price depends on the size of your aircraft. Cotswold Airport is situated at Kemble in Gloucestershire, close to Oxford, Gloucester, Bristol and Oaksey.

Flying Instructor Course 2023

We regularly run Flying instructor courses at Freedom Aviation based at Cotswold Airport, Kemble. Cost £9,900 includes training manual, ground school, aircraft hire and all landings during the course. You will need to have a current SEP prior to starting the course, as well as the required hours, please check our website for pre-course requirements. If you are interested in joining this next course please let us know so we can get you booked in for a pre-entry flight test. If you need to carry out an SEP renewal/revalidation prior to the FI Course this can also be carried out at Freedom Aviation. If you need any further information please let us know.

PPL Ground School for all subjects - 2023

We offer PPL Ground School in Wiltshire/Gloucestershire area which includes a full day of tuition and the exam fee with small classes. Study each subject in depth and then take the exam at the end of the day. You will need to be signed up to the CAA Portal and associated to Freedom Aviation to enable you to take any exam with us. Advanced UPRT Courses in 2023

Freedom Aviation based at Cotswold Airport, Kemble are running a number of courses for UPRT in 2023. Please contact us regarding our next courses. Price from £1450 for the course (minimum of two people) and is carried out in our two Citabria aircraft. If you have any additional requests please do contact us.

FRTOL Radio Practical Examinations at Freedom Aviation

Freedom Aviation can now carry out FRTOL Practical Tests (RT Practical tests) at Cotswold Airport, Kemble. We conduct ground school to prepare you for the test either in a group setting or 121 on request. Please contact us for prices regarding ground school or to check availability for both the ground school and available test dates. FRTOL Examiner Fee for the Test £150. Ground school prices vary.

Night Ratings Freedom Aviation 2023

If you are interested in a night rating Freedom Aviation will start conducting night ratings at London Oxford Airport end of October/beginning of November 2023. The Night Rating includes aircraft hire, fuel, instruction and all landings.
