Due to our continued success and our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Sales Manager – Aircraft Components to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional sales person with demonstrated success within the aerospace sector who is looking to join a team where they can have a real impact.

What will you be doing?
As the Sales Account Manager – Aircraft Components your focus will be on achieving organic sales revenue & margin targets through selling current and new value propositions to airlines and third-party MRO service providers to attract organic volume at an optimised price. As a critical member of the team you’ll enjoy the full breadth of a sales role from developing sales campaigns, attending trade shows and preparing/delivering complex proposals with the autonomy to identify and deliver upon the growth opportunities.

What will you need to know?
You’ll already have a strong understanding of the General Aviation sector, Airlines and 3rd party MRO service providers with demonstrable success managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts within a technical selling environment.
As a ‘natural’ leader and influencer you’ll use your refined communication skills, broad commercial awareness to quickly develop strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences. ACS Aviation is constantly evolving so it’s vital that you’re able to take change in your stride and be comfortable to push boundaries, challenge the today and create the tomorrow.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a Sales Manager
General Aviation / Third party MRO sales expeience
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
