DTO - Club : LOOKING FOR CESSNA - TO LEASE & TO BUY

Hi, I'm reaching out to you about opportunities that you may have on Cessna for leasing, BUT also to buy. We are a medium DTO structure with certified pilots in the north-east of France (LFAW). We were operating a F172 for our training and flights of our pilots. Sady, we had issues with our plane at the beginning of the summer season. Now, we need to find another airplane to ensure the continuity of our activities, in the short term but also the long term. Our structure is aiming to have two airplanes in one / two years to cope with the increasing demand for training. Nevertheless, the airplanes must comply with our runway characteristic: 666m grass Our objective is to have: - One economical training plane under a leasing contract (i.e. Cessna 152 or 2 seats training airplane) - One travelling airplane bought by the structure (i.e. Cessna 172) In the meantime, we could consider to buy, and/or to lease before buying, our "travelling plane" in order to ensure the continuity of our overall activities in the short term. Nevertheless, we are open to propositions that enable us to restart our activities quickly before the end of the season. Please find the key characteristics of the planes targeted (to be discussed based on opportunities): 1. The training airplane: - 2 seats - Standard 6 packs - VOR - ELT - Modern radio / Intercom - Transponder Mode C - Excellent TOF & LDG performance - VFR (if possible night VFR) - Possible conversation to MOGAS - Good engine & propeller potential before overhaul - Not damaged (Accident) - Wet leasing (all included) : MAX 160€/hour (lower if possible) 2. The travelling airplane: - 4 seats - Standard 6 packs OR G5's (or similar) , if IFR qualified - VOR/DME or GNSS - ELT - Modern radio / Intercom - Transponder Mode C - Excellent TOF & LDG performance - Night VFR (capabilities for IFR qualified OR IFR qualified) - GNSS, if IFR qualified - DME, if IFR qualified - Autopilot, if IFR qualified - Possible conversation to MOGAS - Good engine & propeller potential before overhaul - No rust (or anti corrosion treatment) - Not damaged (Accident) - Budget MAX 150 k€ including VAT If you have some solutions or good opportunities for us, feel free to come back to me. LH-10 aircraft

I would be curious to talk to anyone who has ever flown, or been involved with the construction of the LH-10 aircraft. Originally the BD-5 was my "big love" but it's probably more precise to say "very small love" :) because I don't fit, and the control surfaces of the BD-5 are just... so incredibly small. The LH-10 looks similar in style but is bigger, but the LH-10 was discontinued, so I'm curious if there are any projects or airworthy aircrafts anywhere. Actually, on the internet I found some clues referrring to leads to Romania and maybe someone is producing drone versions, but - i.m.o. understandably :) - I'd be interested in versions into which a pilot can sit and fly it :) ) The phone number is for Viber or Whatsapp messages only, not for voice calls.
