Cessna Skylane 182P Project 1971

I have a 1971 Cessna 182 P Skylane for sale Fully airworthy in 2020 to 2021, ARC expired 4th June 2021 at approx 10650 hrs total time. Last owner from 13 October 2010 Previously reg in Germany. Aircraft was in maintenance for annual and ARC renewal when owner passed way. No work completed. Engine 0-470-R was removed for inspection and overhaul estimate from Nicholson McLaren, No work completed but fully stripped and cleaned ready for overhaul. No Cylinders. Airframe in good condition. Sadly the aircraft has had some avionics stolen Also the propeller has also been stolen. Logbooks missing but full ARC information available from camo files. Aircraft is and was in good overall condition. Dismantled for storage and transportation. Paintwork is pretty good as is interior with grey leather. These aircraft can bring in excess or £200k in excellent condition with new engine and prop and updated avionics good opportunity for decent profit.
