1/4th ownership to sell in Germany, EDFZ. One of the last two flying 41 Baladous in Germany. Completely overhauled cell 20 years ago. Engine overhauled since 5 years, prop new since 5 years. 2795 TT, 3996 total landings. TBO for all certified parts done. TTAF is 2000h, 437h SLMO for engine and prop, or 21.11.2026. Airplane is maintained at Schier Aviation Services in Mainz Finthen since stationary in Mainz. Many many parts have been renewed in year end inspections the last three years. 2023 100 hour inspection done in October 27th, 2023.

Very nice flying airplane with lots of interior space and payload. 4,5h endurance in MSL. Magnets 500 h inspection done. All three bumpers overhauled in 2021. Shimmy damper front new. New brake brackets in 2021.
