Description Single engine piston light four seater land aeroplane manufactured by Reims Aviation S.A. in France in 1979 with 3 APPLIED STCs:
- EASA MINOR CHANGE APPROVAL CERTIFICATE 10047588 based on FAA STC SA703GL for  the replacement of engine/propeller by a Lycoming 0-360-A4M engine (180 HP), a Sensenich 76EM8SPY-0-60 propeller and an increase of MTOW to 2550 lbs.
- EASA STC EASA.IM.A.S.01956 allowing the aeroplane to operate on leaded and unleaded automotive gasoline but also with intermix of MOGAS & AVGAS 100LL.
- EASA Correspondence regarding acceptance of FAA STC SA1-193 allowing the removal of RHS (co-pilot) seat, yaw and door for skydiving and other operations such as aerial photography.
Airplane time state Airframe TTSN: 3950 hrs
Engine: Lycoming 180 hp O-360-A4M (Serial No: RL-33515-36A) installed on the basis of Penn Yan STC No. SA703GL (EASA approved). 450 hrs since last general overhauled to “zero hrs” limits in Roeder Praezision in Germany in December 2006.
Propeller: Sensenich two-blade fixed pitch propeller 76 EM 8 SPY-0-60 Serial No: 28574K. TTSN 1450 hrs.
Interior White and blue side panels. Some plastic parts in the cabin are cracked. Original carpeting (discolored).  Back seat has to be foam filled and repaired. Blue and grey seat covers installed (FAA certified).
Exterior White with blue stripe. Color is original with some areas discolored and with some rusty spots on the surface (of aesthetic not airworthy significance). Repair in aft end of wing station 208 in the UK (1988) and returned to service.
Avionics Full set of Bendix-King avionics as follows:
2 X Bendix King KX 175BE NAV/COM (VHF 760 CH) The second NAV/COM  has a COM reception problem.

a) Delivery to customer "AS IS" WITHOUT SID DONE AND  ARC (for buyers seeking a LOW COST solution and flexibility to do any SID/MAINTENANCE works as needed after the purchase of the aeroplane),
b) Delivery to customer with SID DONE AND NEW ARC (in this case SIDs and other maintenance works shall be completed by the Seller and the aeroplane shall be delivered to the Buyer with a NEW ARC).
In both options delivery shall take place in Megara Airport in Greece unless transportation is agreed with Buyer to the desired destination at additional cost.
No VAT applies if the aeroplane is sold to a company with a valid EU VAT number or exported to a non EU country.
