The aircraft is based and hangared at the EDML airport in Germany. The new owner is looking for a 1/2 partnership.
The airplane is a 1974 Piper Warrior in original but good condition. The interior should be done sooner or later but it is still "ok"

||White and Bahama Blue. Good original condition. New paint on elevator (repaired hail damage in 2001) and complete cowling has new paint too.
Wheel pants not installed but existing.
Some minor scratches.
No accident history.

Airplane hull is insured for € 50.000, Airplane is hangared at EDML. Owner would prefer a partner who will not only fly on weekends. Checkout can be be done by owner.
Owner will fly 40-50 hours p.a. Fix costs will be shared 50/50, variable cost according to flight hours. Engine can be operated on condition beyond TBO of 2000 h.
Airplane will be maintained by ISAR AVIATION at EDML airport.
